Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Nature of Goods

JEE 2026 provides interactive STEM simulation workstations, visualizers, NCERT-integrated RAG helper servers, and wallet tokens. These are completely **digital services and electronic products**. Upon purchase, the corresponding digital assets (subscription tier levels or token quantities) are instantly credited and activated in your account.

2. Refund Eligibility (All Sales Final)

Because our tokens and interactive modules are instantly unlocked and consumed, **all commercial transactions are final and non-refundable.** We do not support refunds, charge reversals, or wallet exchanges for tokens or packages once activated.

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you have purchased a monthly or annual subscription (e.g., Starter Learner, Classroom Starter, Growth Institute):

• You can **cancel your active subscription** at any time directly through your dashboard settings.
• Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (e.g., the remainder of your 30-day or 365-day cycle).
• No automatic card renewals or subsequent billings will occur after cancellation.
• We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused days within a cancelled cycle.

4. Transaction Failures & Double Charges

In case of a technical transaction failure (e.g., your bank account was debited, but the payment gateway did not return a successful confirmation signature, or a network glitch initiated a duplicate payment):

• Please write to us immediately at sanjeev@nandax.in displaying the transaction timestamp, amount, and reference ID.
• Upon verification, any duplicate or failed payment debits will be processed for a refund back to your **original payment source** (e.g., bank account, card, or UPI ID).
• Refunds for duplicate or failed payments are processed within **5 to 7 business days** under standard banking protocols.

By initiating a purchase (subscribing to a plan or buying a token top-up) on nandax.in, you explicitly agree to these Refund and Cancellation terms.
