1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, acquiring virtual tokens, subscribing to any service plans, or launching simulations on nandax.in (the "Ecosystem"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your relationship with **Nandax Pvt Limited**, Jalandhar, Punjab, India.

2. Permitted Use of Simulations

All educational simulation workstations (Physics mechanics, virtual chemistry labs, coordinate graphs) are protected under proprietary pedagogical licensing.

• **B2C Student Plans:** Standard license is exclusively for individual, non-commercial self-study.
• **B2C Teacher Plans:** Grants presentation rights (use on classroom smartboards) and legal YouTube/online course broadcast rights depending on the tier purchased (e.g. Classroom Starter vs Creator Pro).
• **Reverse-Engineering Prohibition:** You are strictly prohibited from copying, decompiling, extracting simulation source code, or wrapping simulation canvas widgets inside separate commercial projects.

3. Subscription Billing & Tax Policies

All premium plans are explicitly billed in **INR (Indian Rupees)**.

• All subscriptions and transaction prices are clearly displayed on our Pricing page.
• For Indian residents, transactions are subject to standard **18% Goods and Services Tax (GST)**, which is calculated, displayed at checkout, and detailed on your transactional receipts.
• Corporate organizations must supply a valid **GSTIN** prior to payment confirmation to claim B2B Input Tax Credit (ITC).

4. Integrated Online Payment Guarantee

**We guarantee that all commercial checkouts are 100% on-platform.** All payment processing, wallet allocations, and subscription activations are securely processed online directly on nandax.in via our authorized payment partners. We do not use, support, or authorize offline collections, manually issued bank wires, WhatsApp direct orders, or third-party e-commerce checkouts for platform access.

5. Resellers & Referral Agent Commissions

The Ecosystem features an integrated referral and reseller engine:

• Referral agents earn a standard 10% to 20% commission on every validated B2C subscription they recommend.
• Commission rewards are credited instantly to the agent’s secure wallet upon transaction clearance.
• Payout requests are processed by the administrator back to your verified UPI/bank account under secure KYC terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

JEE 2026 interactive simulations are designed to enhance concept visualization and conceptual pedagogy. While our AI tutor references validated NCERT vector material, we do not guarantee specific ranks or exam outcomes in competitive test settings (such as JEE Main/Advanced or NEET).
